Liabilities Policy

We are careful not to sell the wrong product to the wrong person. There are companies that will sell anything to anyone just to make a quick buck. WE ARE NOT ONE OF THEM! We try our hardest to inform children and their parents of the "Common Sense" approach. We are, however, not able to enforce, nor can we be liable for injuries derived from our products and/or product malfunctions when such products are used in any manner other than those described by us and/or listed within our promotional, literature, warranty, specification and/or pricing sheets.

Make sure that you are aware of the laws and safety concerns prior to your purchase. If you are unsure of what they are, then please consult the Provincial Legislation in such publications as " The Operators Licence Information Guide" (A supplement to the basic Licence Drivers Handbook) Put out by Alberta Infastructure and Transportation.

Example 1

Mopeds can only be legally operated in the provice of Alberta by persons 14 years of age or older holding at least a Learners Permit and must be registered and insured.

Example 2

Pocket Racers, Mini Quads and small Gas Scooters (without headlights and/or signal lights) are not street legal.

You can find more examples of these rules in the Alberta Operators Licence Handbook.
